NIW Self-Assessment
Welcome to the NIW (National Interest Waiver) Self-Assessment provided by Chilly Immigration.
Purpose:
This self-assessment tool is designed to help you evaluate your potential eligibility for the EB-2 NIW category based on criteria established by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The evaluation covers the following components:
- Basic qualifications and advanced degree
- Prong 1: Substantial merit and national importance
- Prong 2: Well-positioned to advance the proposed endeavor
- Prong 3: Balancing test (waiver of job offer and labor certification)

Upon completion, you will receive a detailed NIW Self-Assessment Report via email, including:

- An interpretation tier (e.g., Strong, Moderate, Weak)
